On January 22, 2025, the YP Class Series 2 event took place under the theme "Speak with Impact: Elevating Your Career Through Powerful Communication Skills." The event was held in a virtual format, taking place via a Zoom online meet. This unique setup allowed participants to engage from the comfort of their homes while benefiting from a highly interactive session that emphasized the importance of communication skills in professional growth.

The event was proudly organized by inviting Mr. Ngurah Beni Setiawan, the Digital Business Manager at SLB Indonesia and the Chairman of the Research Division at IATMI, as the main speaker. This session was also guided by Maheswara Yogha, a student from SPE ITS SC, who served as the moderator. The event kicked off with an opening speech and a brief explanation about the membership benefits of the SPE Java Indonesia section, introducing participants to the significance of being part of the SPE community.

The main event unfolded as a dynamic talk show session, where the moderator, speaker, and participants engaged in an insightful discussion about effective communication. The audience for this event was predominantly made up of students and job seekers, all eager to understand how they could improve their communication skills to enhance their careers. The talk show revolved around the application of effective communication in various professional fields, exploring both its theory and practical applications.

Mr. Beni demonstrated his expertise by engaging in a thoughtful conversation with the moderator and several participants, offering valuable insights into what constitutes effective communication. He highlighted a perspective often overlooked: the importance of considering how one communicates in addition to what is being communicated. Mr. Beni also invited the participants to fill out a survey, seeking their views on what effective communication means to them and how they perceive it in their professional lives.

The talk show session lasted approximately 60 minutes, during which the audience actively participated and showed great enthusiasm.
